1 General Terms and Conditions

7 Account Suspension & Closure

MCW MCW reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Prolonged account inactivity.
• Upon request by a financial institution or law enforcement agency.
• At the member's own request under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Members may also request account closure at any time through the MCW MCW support team. Upon such a request, MCW MCW will return any outstanding balance following verification.

• Any dispute between MCW MCW and a member will first be addressed through mutual discussion and negotiation.
